CHESHIRE'S first high-tech virtual shooting range is set to open in Northwich town centre.
Whether you're a seasoned sharpshooter or a complete novice, Next Level Virtual Range, on Witton Street, will allow guests to improve their aim and accuracy using professionally made, realistic, pinpoint-accurate training pistols and rifles.
The range combines the latest technology with all the old-fashioned fun of a traditional shooting gallery, and guests can take on a variety of targets, from tin cans to fast-moving silhouettes, all in a perfectly safe and controlled environment.
Owner of Next Level Virtual Range, Simon Hodgkinson, said: "We wanted to create a virtual shooting range that’s accessible to everyone, offering a unique and safe way to enjoy the thrill of a shooting range.
"It’s the perfect place for a fun experience, a team-building event, or training session.
"We provide a unique and safe way to enjoy the sport of shooting and we encourage everyone to come and give it a try, although guests must be over 12 years old to participate, since the virtual range requires concentration and dexterity.
“We offer a unique experience that combines the latest technology with the fun of a shooting range, designed to provide a fun and unique experience for everyone.
“We have a variety of targets, scenarios, and training weaponry to choose from, so whether you're a first-time shooter or a seasoned pro, we have something for everyone.
Next Level Virtual Range opens to the public on Saturday, March 25, but the online booking system is open in advance of this.
Visitors can make a minimum 30-minute booking for £35, between 10am and 8pm, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but opening times may be extended based on popularity and customer requirements.
Simon added: “Our virtual range is a fun and exciting experience, and we’re really pleased to be bringing it to Northwich.
“Plus, the range is wheelchair friendly and doesn't require the use of headsets, so it's accessible to senior citizens and guests with disabilities.”
