A MAN has appeared in Chester Magistrates Court after being found in possession of a class A drug.
Ayden Bailey, of Hamletts Close in Winsford, appeared in court to be sentenced on November 22.
The 25-year-old was found in Winsford on November 7 of this year with two snap bags of cocaine in his possession.
Bailey pleaded guilty and magistrates took this into account when imposing their sentence.
The cocaine will be forfeited and destroyed.
Bailey was fined £120 for the offence, on top of paying £120 in court costa and a £48 surcharge.
