A CHIMNEY fire broke out at a house in Hartford.
Emergency crews were called to School Lane shortly before 7.30pm on Wednesday, November 9.
Firefighters used height safety equipment and a tall ladder to reach the fire.

The blaze was put out and everyone was safely accounted for.
One fire engine from Northwich dealt with the incident.
Firefighters say that most chimney fires are preventable if householders take the following precautions.
Keep chimneys and flues clean and well maintained.
Make sure embers are properly put out before you go to bed.
Always use a fire guard to protect against flying sparks from hot embers.
