A CLONED car has been seized on the M6 in Cheshire after a police chase.
Cloning is when a vehicle’s identity has been copied by criminals by stealing or duplicating registration plates.
The driver of this vehicle was found to be unlicenced and the car had no insurance, tax or MOT.
Cheshire Police forced the car to stop this afternoon, Saturday, using specialist containment methods.
Cheshire Police and Police and Roads Crime Unit posted on Twitter: “Cloned vehicle stopped by D block on the M6 using TPAC tactics.
“Driver: unlicenced. Vehicle: no insurance, tax or MOT.
“Vehicle has been seized and driver has been summonsed for all the offences.”
