A WOMAN caught exposing herself while urinating in the street has appeared in court.
Victoria Biddle, of Beaufort Close, Hartford, was seen relieving herself in nearby Albemarle Avenue on September 30.
The 40-year-old appeared at Chester Magistrates Court where she faced charges of outraging public decency and drunk and disorderly behaviour.
The drunk and disorderly behaviour charge related to an incident which took place in St Pauls Place on the same day.
Biddle pleaded guilty to both charges on October 18.
Taking her guilty plea into account, magistrates issued her a 24-month conditional discharge for outraging public decency.
However the bench fined Biddle £40 for drunk and disorderly conduct.
She must also pay £120 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a surcharge of £26.
