A Northwich man accused of falsely imprisoning a woman and threatening to kill her has denied committing the offences.
Nathan Wyche, of Canton Place, appeared by video link at Chester Crown Court today where he also pleaded not guilty to charges of assault, attempting to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH) and criminal damage.
The charges relate to alleged incidents which occurred in Northwich, 12 days apart.
The assault and criminal damage offences are said to have taken place on Monday, September 5, while the attempted GBH, threats to kill and false imprisonment are alleged to have taken place on Saturday, September 17.
A trial date has been fixed for the week beginning March 6, next year, and it is expected to last four days.
The 37-year-old was remanded in custody to await trial.
