CALLING all Harry Potter fans – a magical ‘Forbidden Forest experience’ sure to thrill the entire family is coming back to Cheshire this month.
Dust off your cloaks and get your wands at the ready as this Harry Potter Experience returns to Arley Hall and Gardens in Northwich from October 15.
The night-time woodland trail is back for a second year, filled with magical creatures and wizarding wonders from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films.
And the 2022 experience promises to be the best yet.
As evening falls, mesmerising lights will transform the landscape into a magical outdoor trail.
Visitors will make their way through the woodland and follow the illuminated path, discovering surprises and encountering mystical creatures such as Hippogriffs, centaurs, unicorns and Nifflers.
Find out if you truly are a witch or wizard by conjuring your very own Patronus – what form will yours take?
There will also be wide range of delicious food and drinks at a lively and seasonally-themed village and an on-site shop with Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts merchandise to take home.
Why not try the ultimate wizarding beverage while you unwind after your trip through the woods – butterbeer!
And this year’s experience promises to be even better, with a new range of exciting interactive features.
From snakes lurking in the dark and a sleeping giant to be carefully awoken, to a lake which seems to be frozen by guests uttering the right spell, the 2022 experience allows visitors to truly immerse themselves in each moment.
Tickets are now available for the experience, which opens from October 15.
Witches, wizards and muggles of all ages are welcome to attend and the waking trail takes approximately 45-75 minutes.

Operators of Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience recently applied to Cheshire East Council for planning permission to temporarily change the use of the land and allow the experience to continue in the same location for a five-year period.
If approved, the Harry Potter experience would return annually between October and January, with opening hours of 4pm to 11pm.
A decision is yet to be made.
