A personal development, wellbeing and empowerment festival is coming to Cheshire on September 17 and 18.
Womanifest, promises to be a fun-filled empowering event that will see hundreds of women and girls unite in exploring all things womanly and feminine.
As well as inspirational female speakers covering topics such as breaking addiction habits; planning for our financial futures; dealing with menopause and finding calm in our chaos, there will be wellbeing workshops that ‘support us in taking time for ourselves’, silent discos, stargazing meditations, and catwalk fashion shows.
For those looking for a new experience there’s also the opportunity to try the Wim Hof Method of breathwork and a two-minute ice dip; the liberation of walking on hot coals and getting focused for walking across broken glass.
Festival founder and women’s assertiveness coach Jodes Salt organized Womanifest as part of her mission to empower more women and girls to celebrate themselves.
The 43-year-old mum of three daughters said: “Womanifest is no boring conference or exhibition – it’s a full-on FESTIVAL!
"It’s all about women having fun, learning how to put themselves first, get what they want, surround themselves with other fantastic women and have access to a huge range of learning and expertise that can help them to make changes in their life and feel inspired and empowered, bringing everything a woman needs to live the happy, fulfilling and successful life she deserves into one place for an epic weekend of liberating experiences!”
Womanifest is supporting Girls Out Loud as the exclusive charitable beneficiary – a social enterprise working with young girls from the age of 12 to empower them to channel their potential and make better life choices.
Girls Out Loud is hosting a teen girl space at the festival for 12-16-year-olds. Where there will be yoga and mindfulness sessions, crystal workshops, giveaways, a vision board station, creative fun, a ‘power hour’ each day of the festival on ‘how to be bold, brave and believe in you!’, and more.
Jodes, who is the author of best-seller ‘Woman Up – the 21st century women’s guide to being assertive’, said: "The event really will be empowering and liberating. We are encouraging parents to bring their daughters so they can open up conversations they may not naturally have over the dinner table.
"From here, experiencing things together we believe bonds can be strengthened on a new level, and women across generations can come together and become empowered together."
Womanifest is being held at Cheshire Glamping, Lady Heyes Park, Frodsham, Cheshire, WA6 6SU.
here’s a range of tickets on offer from single day tickets for Saturday or Sunday, to weekend tickets and even a VIP option, plus daughter/teenager tickets.
There’s also a variety of accommodation available from glamping pods, stagecoaches, RV’s, bell tent hire, or you can bring along your own caravan or tent. For more details visit womanifest.co.uk
