A TRUCKER has launched a new unisex clothing brand for truck drivers all over the world.
Pete Wolstenholme, from Winsford, has developed a range of high quality stylish clothes and merchandise emblazoned with the name ‘Ten Four Trucking’.
The lifelong HGV fan has been driving trucks for more than 23 years.
Pete is a loyal employee of container repair and refurbishment specialist UK Container Maintenance (UCKM), recently marking his 10th year driving for the company.
After spending so much time behind the wheel, he has come up with traditional workwear that provides quality and comfort.
In his spare time, he has designed his own unique online brand.
Third generation trucker Pete said: “I have a huge passion for anything truck-related and enjoy sharing my interest and passion.
“Spending around 40 per cent of my life in my truck, I understand that it’s important to wear clothing that is comfortable for extended periods of time, whilst still maintaining a professional appearance.
“It was vital to me that the Ten Four Trucking collection was developed using high-quality, respirable fabric and therefore, each garment has been made using 100 per cent organic, ring-spun combed cotton for extra comfort.”
The unisex range includes hoodies, t-shirts, polo tops and vests, available colours including khaki, black, French navy and raspberry pink to suit all sizes from small to 5XL.
Accessories for the driver and vehicle are also available, including caps, beanies and a bubblegum air freshener for just £1.
Pete said: “I have quite an obsession with cleaning the UKCM HGVs and would love to grow the Ten Four Trucking brand to include a detailing range.
“Ten Four Trucking is as much about building a community of like-minded truckers as it is about providing reliable clothing and accessories for long hours on the road.”
Emma Elston MBE, chief executive officer of UKCM said: “We are always keen to support our devoted employees with their endeavours both in and out of the business, encouraging and inspiring them to push forward and achieve their aspirations, whether that’s supporting with internal initiatives, pursuing hobbies and interests, charitable challenges or taking a step into the world of business.”
“Ten Four Trucking firmly showcases Pete’s passion as a UKCM driver and fills a gap in the market for both comfortable and stylish apparel and workwear, while allowing drivers to take pride in their appearance and maintaining a professional corporate image.”
