JACK Bowman is following his older brother's lead by winning cycling titles.
The Delamere Church of England Primary Academy student has come out on top in his under eights category of the North West (UK) Circuit Race Series run over the summer.
In the series, which consists of seven rounds at various closed road circuits throughout the region, eight-year-old Jack competed in five of the rounds.
He made it onto the podium in all five cases, with three wins and two seconds.
This was more than enough to secure him the overall title as the North West Circuit Race Champion in the youth E under eights category.
To back this up he also raced in the one-off NW Championships at UCLAN in Preston and put in an amazing ride to take that title too!
Jack's success follows that of his brother, Tommy, who secured victory in the North Wales Cyclocross League in the combined under 8s, under 10s, and under 12s event earlier this year.
He won four out of the five races he took part in and came second in the other.
That added to the title of North West Cyclocross Under 8s Champion he picked up a couple of years ago.
