A FORMER mayor of Vale Royal will be giving a talk at the next meeting of Lostock Parish Council on Monday, March 3.

Clr Norman Wright, of Northwich Town Council, wants to stand for election in the area on May 1 and will be discussing his ideas with parish councillors at the community centre in Stubbs Lane at 7.30pm.

Any other prospective candidates who would like to introduce themselves to the council can do in a public forum at the start of the meeting.

Members of the public may also use this time to address councillors with any concerns they may have.
