YOUNGSTERS from the Make a Difference (MAD) youth club in Barnton went out on a litter pick on Saturday with police community support officer Diane Wiggins.
They covered areas around the Barnton Royal British Legion club in Meadow Lane, an alleyway between Grange Avenue and Runcorn Road and the Runcorn Road recreation ground.
The youngsters aged from five to 14 collected 10 bags of rubbish.
Parish Clr Angela Robinson said: "They all seemed to enjoy it.
"We are hoping to arrange to do it again in the near future."
