WITTON Albion's reward for their progress in the FA Cup is now confirmed.
They will play host to the well-supported FC United of Manchester, from the division above Witton, in the first qualifying round.
The tie will take place at the U Lock It Stadium, Wincham, on Saturday, September 3.
Albion achieved their first win under new manager Jon Macken when knocking lower-level Tividale out of the FA Cup 4-1 at home at the weekend.
Joe Duckworth bagged a brace of goals for Albion, who were 3-0 ahead inside 32 minutes in front of 303 fans.
FC United are currently fifth in the Northern Premier League Prenier, having won two and lost one of their games so far this season.
This will be their first appearance in this season's FA Cup competition.
