ST Nicholas Catholic High School pupils had a day full of excitement yesterday, as they picked up the results they have worked so hard for.
Richard Woods, headteacher, said: “Congratulations to all of our year 13 students who have responded so positively during this unprecedented period of uncertainty and challenge throughout their A-level studies at St Nicholas Catholic High School.
“They are to be congratulated on their determination, resilience and exceptional hard work throughout year 12 and year 13, and can be immensely proud of their achievements this year.
“These excellent results are testament to the hard work and dedication of students and staff not only throughout the last two years, but also the previous five years of preparation for these crucial A-level courses.
“As a fully inclusive Catholic sixth form we are very proud of the achievements of all of our students and we wish them every success as they begin a new and exciting chapter in their lives.”
