FOUR vehicles were seized near Pickmere Lake yesterday for obstructions as police tackle parking issues and anti-social behaviour at the beauty spot.
Officers are working to keep Pickmere Lake and nearby residential roads safe.
This comes after police imposed a second dispersal order in the area.
The order – which gives police additional powers to deal with troublemakers – came into force at 4pm on Friday and lasts until 3.59pm today, Sunday.
In addition to the dispersal order, officers also urged motorists visiting the area to be courteous following reports of parking issues near to lake.
This includes cars parked on yellow lines, vehicles parked on junctions and cars blocking driveways.
On Saturday, four vehicles were seized for parking obstructions and fixed penalty notices were given to vehicles causing unnecessary obstructions to the footpaths.
