A 45-YEAR-OLD man from Northwich has been fined after displaying drunk and disorderly behaviour in the town.
Gareth Brown, of Parliament Street, pleaded guilty to the offence, which occurred in a public place last month.
He appeared in Chester Magistrates’ Court on August 5 (Friday) to be sentenced.
The court heard how on Thursday, July 21, Brown was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour along Chester Road in Northwich.
After hearing the facts and taking Brown’s guilty plea into consideration, magistrates fined him £120.
He must also pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a surcharge of £48.
