CARFEST North recently returned to Cheshire, and with seven festivals in one, it was definitely a fun-filled weekend for the whole family.
CarFest, StarFest, FoodFest, SpaFest, KidsFest, AdventureFest and RetroFest descended on Bolesworth Castle, with everything from food and music to cars and celebrities.
Founded by radio presenter Chris Evans, CarFest has raised more than £20 million for UK children's charities since it started 11 years ago.
Across the jam-packed weekend, the main stage was ignited by stellar performances from McFly with 5 Colours In Her Hair, Ronan Keating with When You Say Nothing At All, Nile Rodgers and CHIC with We Are Family, which had festival-goers dancing and singing along, plus an electrifying performance from Mel C who tore up the stage.
This year’s newest addition, SpaFest was brimming with everything on health and well-being.
StarFest saw one of the biggest gatherings of celebrities from the world of TV, film and sport, including interviews with the likes of Giovanna Fletcher, Sir Chris Hoy and Eddie Izzard, drawing in crowds as far as the eye could see.
FoodFest, a favourite amongst festival foodies, hosted The Kitchen Stage with Napoleon Grills and a delectable roster of chefs and bakers.
At RetroFest, visitors got stuck into 80s-themed workouts fronted by We Are Synthetics and swing dance classes with Cats Got Rhythm.
Lots of fun was had at KidsFest where children learned circus skills with The Flying Seagull Circus and developed their artistic talents.
The fun continued at AdventureFest, where kids braved rock climbing and witnessed jaw-dropping BMX stunt performances.
It wouldn’t be CarFest without the incredible collection of more than 100 cars from the past, present and future.
Cars of all calibres took to the Kwik Fit-Michelin Track for daily shows, hosted by Torie Campbell.
The cinch Paddock showcased its range of cars to browse, test drive and buy and in support of UK charities, cinch donated £50 for every car sold at the festival.
