MARKINGS could be painted by a dropped kerb to help improve disabled access in Moulton.
The kerb in Church Street, which allows easy disabled access to St Stephen's Church, is frequently blocked by parked cars.
Cheshire County Council highways have been informed of the problem.
But Moulton councillors are concerned they or the church will be asked to pay for any measures.
Speaking at the latest parish council meeting, Clr Arthur Wood said: "It's access to a public facility so the county council should be willing to pay for it."
Moulton Parish Council will write and ask for a white line to be painted and paid for by the county council.
