RUDHEATH Parish Council has said no to plans for a nearby precious metal recovery plant and bio-composting plant.
Vale Royal Borough Council asked for its opinions on the two proposals for the Brunner Mond site, off Griffiths Road, and received a firm no thanks'.
Parish council chairman Tony Lawrenson said: "We've got to be against them really because there are too many things on the site. It's becoming a dumping ground."
"Plans for a super plant at Ince were turned down and so they are obviously bringing it here stage by stage."
Their views will now be taken into consideration when the borough council debates the applications.
