A NORTHWICH man has been jailed after breaching his sexual offence prevention order for the second time by deleting his internet search history.
David Norbury, of Shores Green Drive in Wincham, appeared in Chester Crown Court on Tuesday, June 28, where magistrates handed him an eight-week prison sentence.
On March 29, the 49-year-old deleted his search history, which he is prohibited from doing as part of a sexual offence prevention order made by Chester Crown Court on May 14, 2019.
The court heard this wasn’t the first time Norbury had breached the order and he was jailed for his ‘flagrant disregard for court orders’.
Magistrates also ordered him to pay £85 in court costs.
