A GROUP of around 30 caravans have moved on from a field close to a primary school in Northwich.
The large group first arrived the Moss Farm Leisure Complex at around 9pm on Saturday night (June 19) before being served a notice to leave on Monday.
The Travellers were given until 11am on Tuesday to leave but they left the site early and shortly before 8.15am, they moved to a field near Rudheath Primary Academy.
However, after staying for just over a day, the 30 caravans left the location on Wednesday afternoon (June 22).
A spokesman for Cheshire West and Chester council said a clean-up operation at the site was now being arranged.
