POLICE are investigating after a driver fled the scene when a pick-up truck crashed into a Northwich house.
Emergency services were called to Belmont Road in the town at about 7pm on Friday (June 17) following the collision.
Firefighters attended the incident and removed the vehicle - a blue Ford Ranger - from the property.
No injuries were reported from the incident, but police officers are now looking for the driver of the pick-up.
A Cheshire Police spokesman appealed for witnesses to come forward.
He said: "At around 6.55pm on Friday, June 17, police were called to reports of a collision on Belmont Road, Northwich.
"Officers attended and found that at a blue Ford Ranger had collided with a house.
"The driver of the car fled the scene following the collision.
"Enquiries to identify the driver remain ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting IML 1295423."
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “A car collided with the front of a house on Belmont Road.
“Firefighters isolated the electricity supply in the property and asked for a structural engineer to attend.
“The vehicle was removed from the front of the property and police also attended.
“There were no reported injuries.”
