It’s time to reveal the shortlist in our search for Best for Beauty.
After launching our Best of 2022 competition in the Northwich Guardian, Knutsford Guardian, and Winsford and Middlewich Guardian at the end of April, hair, pies and nails were the first three categories we wanted readers to decide on the area’s best with the focus on pubs, fitness and fish chips over the last two weeks.
In our first Best of 2022 category we were looking at the best hair salons, barbers and stylists in the town with Lissie Wright Hair coming out on top.
Next up, we featured some of the best pies in Cheshire with JD’s Cafe being named Best for Pies.
Nails were the focus in our third category with The Beauty Spot taking the crown.
The Lion at Moulton was selected as Best Pub, Sharon Power is Best for Fitness and the voting for the perfect place to buy fish and chips has been taking place this week.
Now we need your help to choose an overall Best for Beauty winner from our shortlist.
There are three ways to vote:
1. Search for the Best Of post on our Northwich Guardian, Knutsford Guardian or Winsford and Middlewich Guardian Facebook pages and comment under the post with the name of your winner = 1 vote
2. Name your favourite in the comments section on this article via our website = 2 votes
3. Purchase a copy of this week’s Northwich Guardian, Knutsford Guardian or Winsford and Middlewich Guardian (June 9 edition) and fill in the entry form = 5 votes

Voting officially opens today, Thursday, and closes at midnight on Monday and we will be announcing the winner next week.
Keep an eye out for our next Best Of appeal on our social media pages on Friday where we will be asking you to tell us where to buy the best breakfast in Cheshire.
