WITH house prices higher than they ever have been, it is no surprise to see many properties being sold for massive prices.
Earlier this month, we took at the look at the cheapest house on the market in and around Northwich.
But what about the most expensive?
According to Rightmove, the house on the market with the biggest price tag at the moment is this four-bedroom family home in Hartford.
Currently vacant, 'Gables End' on The Crescent, has been listed for sale with Hinchcliffe Holmes since February 14, with an asking price of £1,050,000.
The house is approached via a tree-lined private driveway and positioned in approximately one acre of mature beautifully landscaped south-west facing gardens.
This well-presented detached family home with superb flexible accommodation in excess of 2,750 sq ft.
It has extensive off-road parking and a detached double garage.
Hartford is one of Cheshire's most popular villages, combining rural appeal with first-class accessibility.
The house has five reception rooms, four bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms.
