A FEAST of music is lined up at The Hive.
The Winsford venue is hosting an all day festival on Sunday, May 1.
A dozen bands will be on stage from 1pm until 11pm, followed by an after show party.
The Jokers will be performing beforehand at a special gig on Saturday, April 30.
This classic rock band from Liverpool has been touring the States and Europe and are about to release a new studio album called Rock n Roll Bones.
Northwich trio Sonum will be the support band.
Chris Carr, general manager of The Hive, said: “I am absolutely thrilled to have landed The Jokers as they are destined for huge success.
“The band have appeared on Radio 2 and will be embarking on a tour which will see them visit many countries worldwide.
“Sonum is going from strength to strength. These boys are really putting in the hours to get this band off the ground.
“It’s always a pleasure to have these boys down to play, always pleasing the crowd and thirsty to play as many shows as they can.
“Keep an eye on them, they are going places.”
A mixture of local bands will be showcasing their talent at the festival, including Paul Nixon, The Moondogz and Golty Farabeau.
Hive treasurer Damon Horrill said: “We’re delighted to be hosting an all-dayer.
“These events give us the chance to celebrate our creative community and showcase our vibrant local music scene.”
