A NORTHWICH man will serve a two-month curfew after he damaged two cars on the same day.
Joshua McQueen, of Middlewich Road, pleaded guilty to a total of four charges when he appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Wednesday, April 20.
The 27-year-old caused criminal damage to a Land Rover Discovery and a Volkswagen Tiguan on February 2 this year.
On the same day, McQueen also assaulted two men by beating them.
Magistrates took his guilty pleas into account when sentencing him to be monitored by way of an electronic tag for a period of 11 weeks.
As part of that community order, McQueen will have to remain at his home address from 7pm-7am every day until July 6.
He must also pay £50 compensation to each of his victims and was also told to pay £250 in prosecution costs.
McQueen had originally denied the charges but changed his plea on the day of a planned trial.
