A WINSFORD man has been banned from travelling on any train in Cheshire after attacking three people at a railway station in Northwich.
Nicky Fallows, of Greenfields, Winsford, admitted to three counts of assault by beating during a hearing at Chester Magistrates’ Court on April 8.
All three incidents took pace at Hartford train station in Northwich on September 7, 2021.
The 37-year-old also pleaded guilty to damaging a car in Northwich and assaulting a woman in Winsford on March 23.
He will appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on May 13 to be sentenced, after a pre-sentence report is conducted by the probation service.
Until then, Fallows is banned from any train station or travelling on any train in the county.
He is also subject to a curfew at his home address between 7pm and 7am each day until sentencing.
