A WOMAN has been remanded in custody after admitting driving a pink Ford Mustang full of drugs dangerously on the M6.
Emily Phillips, of St Georges Road in Swanley, was behind the wheel when stopped between junction 19 and 18 in the early hours of October 21 last year.
The 32-year-old was appearing at Chester Crown Court on Friday, March 18, where she entered guilty pleas to two charges.
At the time of her arrest, police officers conducted a search of distinctively-coloured vehicle and found it contained MDMA tablets with an estimated street value of between £250,000 and £500,000.
Phillips pleaded guilty to being in possession of the class A drug with the intent to supply as well as one of dangerous driving.
Robert Dalton, of Old Road West in Gravesend, was a passenger in the vehicle on the night and was also arrested and charged with drug dealing offences.
However, the 39-year-old pleaded not guilty to that charge during an earlier hearing on November 19 last year.
He will now face trial at Chester Crown Court on April 19.
Both have been remanded in custody but Phillips will not be sentenced until the conclusion of Dalton's trial, which is expected to last around three days.
