A TRUCK load of essential items has left Northwich for Poland as the town shows how much it cares for the people of Ukraine.
Northwich Town Council tweeted some photos of the truck, which was jam packed with goods donated by people over the past week, before it left for mainland Europe.
A collection point has been set up in an empty unit underneath the Odeon in Barons Quay.
Rotary in Northwich worked with Changing Lives Together to assist with collecting all the donations.
The people of the town has really shown its support for Ukraine and its people, including holding a vigil last week.
The town council thanked all those people who have kindly volunteered their time to help out.
