Police investigating a fatal collision that left a 59-year-old from Oakmere dead have charged a man.
The crash happened on February 24 when a Honda Accord, a Nissan Pixo and a Land Rover Discovery collided on Haymoor Green Road, Blakelow, near Nantwich.
The driver was taken to hospital, where he sadly died from his injuries.
Mark Taylor, 38, of Railway Street, Crewe, was arrested and subsequently charged with assault, causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, causing death while driving without a licence and causing death by driving without insurance.
He appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on Saturday, February 27.
He was then remanded to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday, March 25.
