A BIKER has been hit with a £1,500 court bill after being caught speeding through Cuddington.
Hans Sanders was clocked exceeding the 30mph speed limit on the A49 on May 6 last year while riding a Triumph motorcycle.
The 68-year-old pleaded not guilty to the offence on December 22, but was found guilty at Chester Magistrates' Court on February 23.
Sanders, of Elm Tree Court, Eaton, was fined £900 and ordered to pay costs of £600 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a surcharge to fund victim services of £90.
His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
The total court bill owed was £1,590.
