A NORTHWICH man has been charged with burglary, theft and fraud.
Shaun Kelly, of Beech Grove, Weaverham, has been arrested in connection with a number of offences across the town.
Detectives investigating incidents in Acton Bridge and Hartford arrested the 35-year-old on Monday.
Kelly has since been charged with two counts of burglary, theft from a motor vehicle and five counts of fraud by false representation.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at South Cheshire Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
