A Northwich-based wellbeing service is offering its treatment to residents free of charge to combat the impact of ‘the most depressing month of the year’.
The Wellbeing Cabin, based in the Rosebank Wellbeing Centre, will be offering free 25-minute trials until February 7 ‘to transport people to a place of ‘peace and tranquillity’ by combining multiple therapies.
January is thought to be ‘the most depressing month of the year’ due to financial pressures caused by the Christmas period, as well as the terrible weather, and people will still be feeling the effects.
Alan Sharrock, The Wellbeing Cabin’s founder, said: “As January is officially the most depressing month of the year, we would like to bring a bit of happiness to Northwich with our Caribbean Beach experience; it's a much-needed boost that will help us all relax a lot easier.
“The treatment is designed to flood the body with powerful natural healing chemicals such as endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine, resulting in various improvements to the immune system.
“We combine light therapy, aromatherapy, far infrared therapy, pulsed magnetic field therapy, mindfulness, meditation, visualisation and affirmation together to great effect!”
Doors for the Rosebank Wellbeing Centre are open from 9am every weekday.
