BUDDING young scientists are being given first class tuition.

Willow Wood Primary school in Winsford has achieved a prestigious Primary Science Quality Mark.

Headteacher Martin Bell said: “It is fantastic to receive this recognition for the teaching and learning of science here at Willow Wood as we nurture and develop the scientists of tomorrow.

“Our dedicated staff continue to implement school improvement throughout all aspects of the curriculum and school life – striving to provide the best learning opportunities for all our children.”
