Police have named a man charged with a stabbing outside PureGym in Northwich
A MAN has been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing outside a gym in Northwich.
Samson Price was arrested on Thursday, October 14 in relation to a serious assault which occurred outside PureGym on Leicester Street on Thursday, September 23.
Officers found that a 20-year-old man from Winsford had been stabbed.
The victim was taken to Aintree Hospital for treatment and is now recovering at home.
Price, 47, of Sefton Road, Wigan, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
Price appeared at West Cheshire Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, October 16 where he was remanded in police custody.
He is due to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday, November 15.
