CONCERNED residents are invited to a talk on the floods which hit Northwich in January earlier this year.
The River Weaver Navigation Society is holding the talk, by Andrew Needham and Jerry Marshall, after its AGM on Tuesday, September 28.
A society spokesman said: "We welcome you to a talk on the January floods, which severely affected Northwich and Acton Bridge.
"We will discuss the dramatic events , the causes and our concerns over slow progress to resolve this for the future.
"The meeting is free entry and members of the public are all welcome and follows are AGM.
The meeting takes place from 7.30pm at the Winnington Park Recreation Club in Park Road, Winnington.
The talk itself is due to start at 8pm.
