A WALK-IN coronavirus vaccination site in Winsford will open its doors this weekend.
Between 8am and 7pm on both Saturday, July 3 and Sunday, July 4, residents can visit the Pharmacy2U at Winsford Cross Shopping Centre to get their jab.
The jabs will be offered to any of the following:
• First Pfizer vaccine for anyone 18 years and above
• Second Pfizer vaccine for anyone over 50 with a minimum 8 weeks since first vaccination
• Second Pfizer vaccine for anyone under 40 with a minimum of 12 weeks since first vaccination
• Second AstraZeneca for anyone with a minimum of 4 weeks since first vaccination
Pharmacy2U, who are running the vaccination centre, have now vaccinated over 500,000 people and are currently running 24 sites across the country.
No booking is required for the jab.
