A TEENAGE motorist travelling at excessive speed on the M6 has been charged with dangerous driving.
Nathan Batha, of Watkiss Drive, Rugeley, Staffordshire, has been charged with driving offences in Cheshire.
The 19-year-old was arrested on the M6 at around 4.30am on Sunday. December 13.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: "He has since been issued with a postal requisition ordering him to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 12, to answer to charges of dangerous driving, failing to stop for the police and driving without insurance.
"The charges relate to a black Audi travelling at excess speed in the early hours of Sunday, December 13, on the M6 between junctions 17 and 21 and on Manchester Road in Warrington."
