Cheshire Police
A WOMAN has been arrested in Weaverham this morning, Wednesday, on suspicion of section 47 assault.
At 5.39am police were called to reports of a domestic incident at an address on Walnut Avenue.
Witnesses reported seeing five police cars at the scene.
Officers attended the address and a spokesperson for Cheshire Police confirmed that a 37-year-old woman had been arrested.
She remains in police custody at the current time.
