A HGV driver was rescued from the cab of his vehicle through the windscreen after a crash on the A49.
Emergency services were called to the scene at the weaverham roundabout at around 8.15am this morning following the collision.
On arrival, the vehicle, which was carrying concrete slabs, was found to have overturned.
Firefighters worked to free the man, who is not believed to have sustained any injuries.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "At 8.15am firefighters were called to reports of a collision on the A49 at Weaverham roundabout.
"On arrival the crew found a flatbed HGV carrying large concrete slabs had overturned.
"Firefighters removed the windscreen of the vehicle to release the driver from the cab, he is not believed to have sustained any injuries."
