AFTER the Prime Minister confirmed on Monday the next stage in the government's roadmap out of lockdown is on track, all eyes turned to April 12.
With pubs, bars and restaurants opening their doors, albeit open air ones, there is also much excitement that non essential shops can also welcome back customers.
The hair and beauty sector is another that has been badly missed by many, with plenty of lockdown manes in dire need of a good sprucing up.
With the industry being responsible for pumping billions of pounds into the economy each year, it is one of the most important 'non essential' retail sectors in the country.
Many businesses will be re-opening with a booking only policy, but here are ten businesses in Northwich that will be desperate to have you back in their chairs from Monday.

Liz Hurrell and her team of dedicated staff have been working hard during the latest lockdown and having had to close for much of the last year and preparing to welcome back their much missed customers. As part of its aim to become more inclusive, this hair salon decided to scrap its gender-specific pricing - instead charging people based on the length of their hair. 8. Annie's Brows and Beauty, High Street, Northwich

Another popular health and beauty salon that is hugely excited about welcoming back its customers after the latest national lockdown. They are currently working on a re-booking list for those that have had appointments cancelled in the last few months.
