AN air ambulance was called after a cyclist was injured in a car crash.
A male cyclist was involved in a collision with a car in Northwich Road in Weaverham.
A helicopter landed on Lakehouse field beside Northwich Road shops shortly after 4pm yesterday.

A spokesman for North West Air Ambulance said: "The Helimed 75 attended a road traffic collision at approximately 3.55 on Monday in Weaverham
"The crew assisted in treating the patient on scene alongside the North West Ambulance Service."

A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: "At 4.02pm on Tuesday, March 22 police were called to a collision involving a car and a cyclist in Northwich Road, Weaverham.
"A male cyclist was taken to Leighton Hospital. Enquiries into the collision are ongoing."
