A CARE company is looking for people with a warm heart who want to make a difference.
Home Instead Northwich and Knutsford, who look after people in their own homes, is looking for 40 new caregivers to meet an increase in demand due to the pandemic.
The search is on to recruit people with or without care experience.
Given the number of businesses in the area that have had to close or make redundancies, the company hopes to improve the local employment rate.
Home Instead employs caregivers who come from a range of backgrounds and say that 'a warm heart' and 'desire to make a difference' is prized over previous experience.
The company provides services from companionship through to personal care and specialised dementia care.
Nick Hodgson, head of operations at Home Instead, said:“The pandemic has had devastating effects on so many successful businesses in the area. But due to demand, we’re on the lookout for 40 enthusiastic and kind people to join our team of fantastic caregivers.
“Whether you have faced redundancy, want to try something new, or are already performing a caring role, we’d love you to consider working for Home Instead.
"We will offer you the training you need and immerse you in the company’s values that ensure that the care we deliver is outstanding.”
