A WOMAN trapped in a car following a crash was cut free by firefighters.
Crews were called to Saner Drive in Northwich shortly after 9am this morning following reports of a collision involving a black Ford Fiesta and a small fence.
Firefighters stabilised the car and then removed the roof.
The driver, a woman, was safely removed from the car, using a long board, with help from paramedics and handed into their care.

Two fire engines from Northwich attended the incident.
