DETECTIVES investigating a series of burglaries and car thefts across Cheshire have charged seven men.
Alan Dunwoody, Ryan Dunwoody, Mark Ford, Mark Strutt, Stephen Strutt, Jason Poyer and Aaron Stubbs have all been charged with a number of offences.
The charges relate to a series of burglaries and car thefts which occurred between August 2019 and September 20 at addresses in Knutsford and Northwich, as well as Disley, Bollington and Macclesfield.
Alan Dunwoody, 38, of Pewsey Road, Wythenshawe, Mark Strutt, 42, of Glebe Street, Offerton, Stephen Strutt, 39, of Chester Avenue, Stalybridge, and Stubbs, 30, of Lane End Road, Manchester have all been remanded in custody.
Ryan Dunwoody, 35, of HMP Wymott in Lancashire, and Poyser, 41, of Queenhill Road, Northenden, have been released on conditional bail.
All six are due to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday, February 15.
Ford, of Colshaw Road, Manchester, has already pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit burglary with intent to steal.
The 23-year-old has been bailed pending a sentencing date.
