A FORMER Rudheath guest house could be in line to become a house in multiple occupation (HMO) with nine bedrooms.
Cheshire West and Chester Council has received a proposal to convert the former Parkdale Guest House, in Middlewich Road.
Plans submitted by Faye James, of Knutsford, suggest the 449 hectare site would include seven parking spaces.
Each bedroom would be listed for affordable or intermediate rent, the application adds, while waste bins would be stored at the side of the property.
Parkdale was a three-diamond guest house situated in a property built in 1892 for the Bates family, who owned and ran the iron foundry.
