MOST of us have woken up to a dusting of the white stuff this morning, with a Met Office weather warning in place until 6pm.
Weather forecasters say the snow is not likely to last long, so you might want to enjoy it, carefully, while it lasts.
The yellow warning for both snow and ice came into force from midnight and will last until 6pm this evening.
It says rain may turn to snow, which along with widespread ice, will lead to the potential for some disruption to travel and utilities.
Some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services.
Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces.
Probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
Here in mid Cheshire, our Guardian Camera Club members have already been out and about capturing some great snowy scenes.
