CORONAVIRUS infection rates are falling in many Cheshire communities, the latest figures show.
This map from Public Health England shows how Covid-19 is impacting parts of Northwich, Winsford, Middlewich, Knutsford and Wilmslow.
It is split into geographical areas known as middle super output areas (MSOAs) – which are larger than individual villages but smaller than towns.
The latest figures cover the seven-day period up to November 18.
They show that the rate of Covid infection has increased in just five communities in Northwich, Winsford, Middlewich, Knutsford and Wilmslow since the week up to November 11.
The infection rate has doubled in the Sandiway area, while Winsford North and Central have the highest rates in mid Cheshire.
However, the majority of communities have seen their infection rates fall since the week up to November 11.
Northwich Central and Winnington, Rudheath West and Leftwich, Winsford Over and all of Middlewich have seen their infection rates reduce by more than half, as well as much of Knutsford and Wilmslow.

Below are the infection rates for each MSOA in the week up to November 18 per 100,000 people, followed by the number of Covid cases that week in brackets, then the infection rate for the week up to November 11, and finally the number of cases from that week in brackets.
Areas which have seen their infection rates increase in that time are highlighted in bold.
