A LONG-ESTABLISHED Indian takeaway is reopening in Middlewich.
Balti Chef is welcoming customers back to Wheelock Street after being closed for 10 weeks during the pandemic.
Owner and chef Afique Miah, said: "We have a lot of loyal customers and we are looking forward to serving them again. We have missed our customers."
The takeaway reopens on Wednesday, June 3 and will also be resuming its home delivery service.
Afique, 47, whose family come from Bangladesh, opened his business 23 years ago.

The takeaway has been redecorated during the lockdown.
New social distancing regulations will be in place.
Only one customer at a time will be allowed into the takeaway.

Four staff work at the takeaway including chef Afique, a second chef, waiter and delivery driver.
Balti Chef will be open as usual every day except Tuesday from 5pm to 11pm.
