The event will take place at Wyvern Pool, near to the coucnil offices in Wyvern House
A JUNIOR fishing event will be held by the Winsford and District Anglers.
The aim of the day is to give children in the area an introduction to fishing and to improve the knowledge of those that already fish, says the club manager Gavin Gerhold.
The event will take place at Wyvern Pool, near Wyvern House, on Sunday, August 19, from 10am until 2pm.
The day will be sponsored by Daves of Middlewich and there will be a number of prizes available as children compete in a competition.
All children attending will need to be supervised by an adult and, upon completing the event, will receive a free Junior WDAA permit.
